Volunteers Make a DifferenceVolunteering is done from the bottom of someone's heart. A volunteer helps not because they have to but because they want to. And for us we would not be the organization we are today with out the men and women that dedicate their free time to helping kids across Alberta get invovled with and enjoy sport. Our Volunteers of the Month program will spotlight the amazing individuals promoting our values and principles with their actions. We'll share their stroy and celebrate what they mean to our organization. We all know that you aren't a sport parent if you're not showing up to the sidelines or behind the bench with a cup of coffee in hand. Each of our winners will receive a FunTeam Alberta coffee mug with our brand new logo as a small token of our appreciation. Hearing about how integral each of you are to your community warms our hearts and we are so grateful to have you representing our organization. Anyone can nominate a Volunteer of the Month winner they just need to fill out the application form below! Our only criteria is that each nominee is registered for a FunTeam group. |
